I highly doubt the bloom in this picture was from any sort of filtering on the camera's end. It looks like a duplicated layer with a light glaussin blur in Photoshop, blended over the top of the un-blurred, levels-adjusted image.
Reguardless of what you did, I love how soft this picture looks. It's very surreal looking, and in the GOOD way.
