Upper Falls of the Yellowstone

All of these were shot with a Canon 50D with a Sigma 24-70mm lens at an ISO of 100. These were all photos taken on our family excursion to Yellowstone National Park. Only 2 hours outside of Rexburg. We spent 4 days playing in the park and I was able to get some great photos. Yellowstone is a good place to practice up on your wildlife and scenic photography. You have the opportunity to shoot bald eagles, bison, elk, deer, moose, wolves, and grizzly bears. Not to mention all of the thermal features, a beautiful canyon, stunning sunsets, and so much more! If you have never been there I highly suggest you take advantage of being so close and getting out there. You can view the rest of my images from the trip at www.kingsphotos.blogspot.com

Weekly Contest for 05/04/10: Hands

This week take some pictures of hands. Not just any hands mind you, but take some shots of any type of hands! Let your mind go and just have some fun with this. The sky is the limit here (notice how I am reaching for the sky! Ha ha I kill myself. (posted by Jared George))
