This is the inside of an abandoned mining house outside of Downieville, CA. I took it with my Powershot A530...one of my favorite pics. This was also taken on that 4x4 trip. We were going into camp and I just had to stop to take this one.
I really like your two pictures. The One of the mining house has great lines ~the forest shot is really great as well, excellent lighting and composition- I just wish that it were more of a panoramic shot, I want to see what is over to the right, none the less it you have some great pictures

good job on both! I would like the first one more if there was someone standing up straight in it to make the room's distortion stronger.
good idea about the person inside. that would of been nice
I like scenery shots and I love it how the sunbeams sneak out from the trees.
