I think these work well. The composition is nice and they don't look cheesy (which is good, most children photography looks cliche). One thing I would do however, is edit them a little more. Some of them look a little cool, maybe bring up the temperature, check your levels, or add vignetting, something to make them pop a little more. Also I would consider making the first and third one black and white. The second one I would leave in color. I like them though!
