Beautiful head shot. Good composition and sharpness in the eyes. Excellent catch lights, they really add life to the image. I like the subtle look; I think it complements the B&W media chosen. The ear ring on the right is a little distracting, but could easily be fixed in Photoshop. Good Job.
Great dramatic lighting. I like how she's not smiling with her lips but her eyes still show she's content.
